[Case Study of Bios Hydro SE] NETIS Registration Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil

Measures to prevent hydraulic oil leakage! Introducing a case where we were able to secure orders for specific projects.

Since its establishment in 1974, Yamane Construction Co., Ltd. in Hiroshima Prefecture has contributed to the local community through marine civil engineering using its own marine cranes. We would like to introduce a case where they adopted the biodegradable hydraulic oil "Bioshydro SE." During the operation of the crane vessel, mineral oil was used as the hydraulic operating oil. When conducting river construction near residential areas, it was a challenge to implement measures to prevent oil leakage to demonstrate greater environmental consideration. After the adoption, they were able to utilize it for environmentally conscious projects and promote themselves as a company that is also mindful of environmental issues regarding operating oil, allowing them to differentiate themselves from other companies in terms of environmental considerations. [Case Overview] ■ Background - Oil leakage prevention was a challenge ■ Solution - Adoption of biodegradable hydraulic oil for environmental consideration ■ Effect - Successfully received orders for projects where environmental pollution measures were a key point *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Biodegradable hydraulic oil "Daphni Bios Hydro SE"

Introducing environmentally friendly hydraulic oil! Its flash point is above 250°C, so it does not fall under the Fire Service Act hazardous materials.

"Daphni Bios Hydro SE" is a biodegradable and flame-retardant hydraulic oil made from synthetic esters that excel in oxidation stability. Due to its excellent biodegradability, even in the event of a leak, it has less impact on the natural environment compared to conventional hydraulic oils, making it suitable for equipment used outdoors. Additionally, synthetic ester-based hydraulic oils have a high flash point, allowing them to be used as flame-retardant hydraulic oils. [Features] - Made with synthetic esters that excel in oxidation stability - Suitable for equipment used outdoors - Flash point is above 250°C, not classified as hazardous materials under fire safety laws - Classified as a flammable liquid - Excellent lubricating properties - Superior compatibility with sealing materials - Contributes to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Bios Hydro SE] Uemura Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. Tokyo

Acquired construction projects from municipalities where biodegradability is essential! Introducing a case of successfully securing projects sensitive to environmental pollution.

Since its establishment in 1965, Uemura Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Tokyo has contributed to society through civil engineering technology related to urban development. We would like to introduce a case where they adopted the hydraulic oil "Bios Hydro SE." They rent out small shield machines for sewer excavation and were previously using flammable liquids as hydraulic oil for their hydraulic jacks. However, in certain cases, the municipalities that order the construction are sensitive to environmental pollution, and it became essential for the hydraulic oil to be biodegradable. By adopting a biodegradable hydraulic oil, they were able to meet the requirements of the municipalities. [Case Overview] ■ Background - Leakage prevention measures for hydraulic oil were a challenge. ■ Solution - The adoption of hydraulic oil provided the advantage of biodegradability. ■ Effect - They were able to secure contracts for construction projects where environmental pollution measures were a key point. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
